There's plenty of water sport action away from the coast, too. The pick of the bunch has to be canyoning, which involves suiting up in full safety gear, grabbing hold of ropes and hurling yourself through the streams and creeks at the bottom of beautiful Spanish gorges. It's the ideal way to come back to earth after a big night out, and is guaranteed to make you feel like Indiana Jones.
